This is one of the well established neighborhoods in the St. Bethlehem area. It is located near Warfield Blvd. You can also get to St. Bethlehem Sport Complex and Dunbar Cave State Park in just a few minutes. Virginia Hills began in the 1990's and many of the homes were custom built. There are so many designs that the whole neighborhood has lots of character and appeal.
The lawns are established, the streets are gently winding and the entire neighborhood is classic. 
Virginia Hills offers great value in homes with square footage in many of the homes of over 3,000 sq. ft. There are no HOA fees for Virginia Hills.
