Brownsville Subdivision/Clarksville
Brownsville is a neighborhood of very affordable homes located off of N. Woodson Rd. near Exit 11 of Interstate 24 in the Sango area. The subdivision is rather small and the homes are generally smaller homes with many starting at around 1100 sq. ft. There are some really roomy homes too in the Brownsville area.
I can say all the homes will have at least 3 bedrooms and most have at least 2 full baths. The lots are a little larger since many of the homes are on septic tank but some are also on city sewer. When the Brownsville neighborhood was started in the 1990's, city sewer was not run into the subdivision. The neighborhood does not have an HOA.
The price range is $125,000 to $200,000. The schools that service Brownsville are highly requested and popular and are Carmel Elementary, Rossview Middle and Rossview High. You can the school information and bus pick up times here.
