Reserve at Oakland is located on Oakland Rd. behind the new Oakland Elementary School. A little over 1 mile away is Northeast Middle and Northeast High Schools. These 3 are the schools zoned for the neighborhood. More information about the schols can be found here.
The homes in the subdivision started around 2010 and building continues with lots more land to develop. There are a variety fo builders that build in the neighborhood and they offer a wide range of styles and prices. Generally you will find homes with 2 car garages, brick and stone on the front and some of the latest features inside that are attracting buyers.
The price range starts in the high $100,000's and goes well into the mid-$200,000's. There are homes of all sizes and one is likely to suit your needs and purposes.
There is an HOA in Reserve of Oakland and one of the amenities is a private park for the residents. It is near the Spring Creek and a great place to unwind and have a family picnic.
What else is close by? Interstate 24 is 5 minutes away and also is Tiny Town Rd. There are lots of restaurants, theaters and shopping in this area. It is not too close but very convenient.
