River Run
River Run is one of Clarksville’s established neighborhoods in the St. Bethlehem area. Many of the homes were custom built and most of the homes have no other homes behind them. There are mature shade trees and a creek that surrounds the neighborhood. All the lot sizes are large and some are almost an acre in size. Located near the corner of Dunbar Cave and Warfield Road, the location is convenient for navigating around town.
The price range of the River Run neighborhood ranges from $250,000 to $750,000. The homes have well over 2000 square feet and all have garages. Though there are never more than a few homes for sale at one time in River Run and sometimes you can find some really good buys and values in the neighborhood. There is no HOA in River Run that is mandatory.
All homes have very nice landscaping and all enjoy teh benefits of underground utilities. Natural gas is available. You can get to Interstate 24 in 7 minutes for an easy commute to Nashville and Ft. Campbell, KY.
Dunbar Cave State Park is a stone’s throw away so you could play 9 holes of golf, swim, play tennis, go fishing in Swan Lake, picnic, hike or just relax.
Governors Square Mall has major department stores like Sears, JCPenny, Belk & Dillards. For a little relaxation take in a movie at the Carmike Cinema 10 and grab something to eat at one of the many wonderful restaurants of fast food places.
Austin Peay State University is only about 10 minutes away and offers a quality, liberal arts education with both undergraduate and graduate degrees. Enjoy the collegiate sports, music venues or special speakers.
Homes in River Run Clarksville are serviced by the Clarksville Montgomery County School System with full bus services. To see more about the schools or bus pick up times click here. The elementary school is Rossview Elementary, the middle and high schools are also Rossview all located on Rossview Rd. These are all fine schools and offer comprehensive programs with great test scores.
