Meadows of Hearthstone is located near Exit 4 of Interstate 24 in Clarksville TN. The homes were built in 2001 to 2006. It has a great feel of a well established community with green lawns and lush landscapes. Governors Square Mall is just a little over a mile away. The close proximity to the Interstate makes commuting to Nashville or Ft. Campbell so easy. Downtown Clarksville is a convenient 15 minute drive. The neighborhood is tucked away and surrounding by farmland so it is not unusual to see deer, turkey and birds in the nearby fields. Every home is unique with a wide variety of styles in the homes in the community. Many of the homes have four and five bedrooms that attract families needing lots of rooms.
Meadows of Hearthstone has 175 homes ranging in size from around 1800 to some as large as 4000 square feet. Many of the homes are built in a two-story design and have at least one fireplace. Interior finishes are amazing with lots of hardwood flooring and tile floors in the wet areas.The kitchens have lots of cabinets and up to date appliances. You will find walk-in closets and full-size laundry rooms throughout the homes in the neighborhood.
Underground utilities means that you see no ugly telephones poles and overhead power lines. Natural gas and city sewers run throughout the subdivision.The attractive street lights and front entrance make it an inviting looking neighborhood. Mailboxes are all a matching style giving the subdivision its well-planned look. Neighbors like to walk their dogs and stroll or have a morning run on the quiet streets.
You can also expect to see in Meadows of Hearthstone Homes brick fronts and no wood siding. Phase One has a modest annual HOA fee with other Phases not currently requiring an annual fee.
The Meadows of Hearthstone are serviced by the Clarksville/Montgomery County School System. The elementary school is Rossview Elementary. Middle and High Schools are Northeast with full bus service available.

Beachhaven Winery gives free concerts through Jazz on the Lawn, a musical venue, during the summertime months. Gateway Regional Medical Center provides good medical services for those in the area.
