Located across the Hwy 48/13 bridge and out near Montgomery Central Schools in the south part of Montgomery County, you will find Cunningham. It is a postal district and has a small post office. This is country living although there are some subdivisions located in Cunningham.
Generally the lot sizes are larger and many homes have some acreage where you could have horses or some cattle. This part of the county has no city sewer but you may get lucky and find natural gas available through Dickson County.
