This area may be a little confusing to buyers as part of it lies in Montgomery County and part in Robertson County. I am going to brief you on the part that lies in Montgomery County. You can get to it by exiting the interstate at Exit 11 and driving away from Clarksville toward Port Royal. The zip code changes at North Woodson Rd. meaning the address becomes Adams even though it is clearly in Montgomery County. Some people refer to this area as Sango.
Some of the Adam neighborhoods are Maple Acres, Bradbury Farms, Cedarmont, Woodlands, Drakes Cove, Laurelwood, Prestwicke Place. This part of the county continues to grow and buyer like its close proximity to the interstate, the country feel and the school zones.
There are some beautiful homes in this area and you can even find some homes that have a bigger lot or acreage.
