Near Exit 1 of Interstate 24 is Church Place Subdivision. It is an older neighborhood started probably 20 years ago but still has some new houses being built in it from time to time. You feel a country atmosphere when you are in Church Place and will like the larger lots and space between the houses. Many of the older homes are still on septic tanks.

Church Place has no HOA but is located in the city limits. The location is very convenient to schools, major roads, shopping and restaurants. As for the style of homes there are many smaller homes and one level ranches. But there are some bigger homes and really good values in Church Place Subdivision. The trees are mature since the neighborhood is now established. The price range to expect is in the low $100's to $200,000.
