This North Clarksville neighborhood has no HOA and I know that pleases some home buyers. The lot sizes in Greenspoint are slightly larger and though the neighborhood isn't super large it does have a variety of styles of homes and sizes.
The location is just super located off of Tiny Town Rd. and under 10 minutes to either Ft. Campbell or Interstate 24 at Exit 1. There are no new homes but you can still find value in this neighorhood and homes that have been updated. Someof the smaller homes would be priced around $150,000 and the larger ones over $200,000. There is plenty of brick in this area and many of the homes have fencd backyards.
You may be interested in schools and they are Hazelwood Elementary which is about a half mile away and West Creek Middle and West Creek High Schools which are some of the newer schools in the system.
