This is one of the largest subdivision in the northern part of Montgomery County with hundreds of homes and is located on Tiny Town Rd. It has a super convenient location being only 10 minutes to Ft. Campbell and about 5 minutes to Interstate 24 at Exit 1.
Patrick Place started construction around 1990 and has continued to expand over the years. So you can find older homes and also new homes with modern floor plans and updated amenities. There is a wide variety of floor plans and some of the early homes have 
really large lots. There is no HOA in Patrick Place but it is located in the city limits.
The sizes of homes ranges from starter sizes of 1200-1300 sq. ft. to very large homes over 3000 sq. ft. These homes offer large families homes an affordable price range. Prices start in the mid-$100's in Patrick Place and go into the high $200's.
