Located about 3 miles south of New Ashland City Hwy on Ashland City Rd. is South Ridge. This is a gorgeous neighborhood that have been around since the 90's. The lots are larger than some of the city neighborhoods thus giving South Ridge a country feel with plenty of open space.
The price range starts in the high $200's and the largest homes are in the high $300's. There are some really big homes in South Ridge and many of them are all brick. There are classic ranch style homes, 2-story and contemporary plans. This has been a very popular subdivision for many years.
South Ridge is located outside the city limits giving homeowners lower property taxes. They offer an on site sewer system, natural gas and a pretty front entranceway. There is a small annual HOA fee that is used to promote neighborhood activities and to pay for the upkeep of the front entrance sign.
