To get to Arbour Greene North you take I-24 and Exit 1. Go north on Trenton Rd. and turn right on Tylertown Rd. After going about a quarter of a mile turn left on Roscommon Way. You will wig-wag your way into Arbour Greene North.
Presently this neighborhood is in the Northeast School zone. There are just a few streets in the neighborhood so it still feels small and self contained. Homes range in size from around 1100 sq. ft to over 2000 sq. ft. Prices are under $150,000 to nearly $200,000. There are some large lots in Arbour Greene North and many homes have fences. There are a variety of styles of homes and no neighborhood HOA.
