This subdivision has been around more than 20 years. Construction began in the early 90's with many of the homes small, brick homes that were easy to maintain. Building continued into the early 2000's when the Middleton Place was completely built out.

Buyers can find homes priced starting in the lower $100's all the way to $200,000. There are a variety of home styles and many traditional designs. Middleton Place is located in the city limits with city sewers and gas service available. Its sister neighborhood, Stafford Place has newer and larger homes.
