Many buyers like bigger lots and bigger homes and that is what you find in Woodstock Subdivision. A real bonus is many of the homes have extra garages and some have as many as 5 garages. All the homes in Woodstock have all brick exteriors and there is no HOA in this neighborhood.
Woodstock is located in St. Bethlehem and is the most northern subdivision on Trenton Rd. before you cross over the Kentucky line. Expect to pay more here because of the size of the homes and the amenities. It is rare to find homes under $200,000 but some of the custom homes will cost up to $400,000.
This neighborhood attracts those buyers looking for one level living and few stairs. Woodstock has a pretty front entrance and is not a huge subdivision. Schools are about a mile away and there is also some shopping and national restaurant chains not too far away. For those needing a convenient to commute to Ft. Campbell or Nashville, both are available with access to Exit 1 on Interstate 24.
It is not surprising that buyers looking for all brick, large homes on large lots seek out Woodstock Subdivision.
