If you are looking for a newer neighborhood that has no HOA then Crosswinds needs to be considered. It is located outside the city limits in the St. Bethlehem area of Clarksville. To be specific you can take Exit 1 off Interstate 24 the go north to Tylertown Rd. and turn right. Go about 2 and a half miles and turn left on Suiter Rd. This is an extremely convenient part of town that allows easy access to Ft. Campbell and the Interstate to Nashville. Shopping and restaurants are close by at Exit 1 in addition to movie theaters.
The homes are very attractive in Crosswinds with brick fronts, stone and sodded yards.I am especailly impressed with the landscaping and the variety of plants and trees. There is city sewer and sidewalks available in Crosswinds. It is a friendly neighborhood and neighbors are happy that there are no city property taxes.
Children attend the new Oakland Elementary School and Northeast Middle and High School. To learn more about the schools or the time your child will need to be at the bus stop click here.
As for the price range and size of the homes expect to find homes around 2000 sq. ft. and larger. The prices start around $200,000 to almost $300,000.
