For those who like living in the country, Phillips Estates may be what you are looking for. It is located in the northeastern part of the county just north of Clarksville Montgomery County Industrial Park off of Hwy. 79.
The homes sit on large lots and and are spaced far apart. The terrain is flat so the lots have plenty of space for a garden, swimming pool or detached garage or work building.
