If you are looking for luxury then you want to consider Copperstone in the Sango area of Clarksville. The pretty front entrance is the first sign that the homes in the neighborhood are going to be upscale and offer variety and elegance. Home prices start in the $300's and go past $500,000. Brick and stone exteriors, stucco and Hardie planks show that these ae not your ordinary spec homes in town.
The subdivision is located outside the city limits but it still has natural gas, city sewers, streetlights and sidewalks. The best way to get there is to take Exit 11 and drive toward Clarksville abut 3 miles. Turn left at Walmart onto Nashville Hwy. and go about 2 miles. Turn left on Old Sango Rd. and Copperstone Subdivision will be on your left.

As for schools currently the neighborhood is zoned for Sango Elementary, Richview Middle and Clarksville High.
