This is one of the country neighborhoods located in the Sango area of Clarksville. Don't be fooled by it's Adam's TN mailing address because it is in Montgomery County and children attend Clarksville Montgomery County Schools. To see which schools service this area click on this link.
Cedarmont is adjacent to the Woodlands at the corner of Drake Rd. and Trough Springs Rd. The homes are located on roomy country-size lots and many of them are brick or mostly brick. Expect to find the price range in the $200's to over $300,000. There are some really large homes in Cedarmont and many have been custom built.
Buyers particularly like this area because it is away from the hustle and bustle of town. The location is about 5minutes to Exit 11 of I-24. This makes for an easy commute to Nashville of about 40 minutes. For military people working on Ft. Campbell a little over 30 minutes will do it for you. That is not bad at all to have a quiet setting an a lovely home in a classy neighborhood. An added bonus is that you pay no city property taxes when you own a home in Cedarmont or the Woodlands.
