St. Bethlehem is a highly requested part of town in Clarksville TN. One of the very affordable subdivisions is Candlewood located near the end of Old Russellville Pike off of Dunbar Cave Road near town the way the crow flies. Candlewood has starter size homes and larger homes on the back side of the neighborhood that are on the Bluff of the Red River.
The neighborhood is really affordable too and you can often find homes in the low $100,000 range. The bigger homes on the bluff are priced around $200,000. The neighborhood starter in the 1980's so many of the homes arethe older styles and very traditional. It is a little off the beaten path so there is very little traffic yet there is easy access to 
Downtown Clarksville and 10 minutes from the Interstate.
The style of homes are varied with vinyl siding and brick exteriors. Buyers like Candlewood because of the price point and its location. It feels quiet and like your little oasis away from busy city life. And yes it is in the city limits and 5 minutes away from Dunbar Cave State Park.
