Wilson Point is another Sango neighborhood that home buyers like. It is located next door to Savannah West and Azalea Trace Subdivisions. The homes are very nice and are over 2000 sq. ft. The price range is just $200,000 to $300,000. There are lots of Colonial homes in Wilson Point and many ranch style homes.
To get to I-24 you would take Old Farmers Rd. then the 76 connector and be on the Interstate in a little over 5 minutes. That makes it easy to commute to Nashville or Ft. Campbell. Why do home buyers like Wilson Point? It is an established neighborhood with no building going on which makes it quiet. The yards are landscaped and it is tucked away and doesn't get much traffic. It is located in the county so there are no city property taxes.
