Westchase is a small neighborhod with just a few dozen homes. It was built over 15 years ago and is located on Excell Rd. on the south side of Clarksville. The neighborhood has no through traffic and several cul-de-sacs. Shopping is a short drive away and also banking and a local pizza and frozen custard restaurant.
Schools for this neighborhood are Sango Elementary, Richview Middle and Clarksville High School. There is bus transportation available and you can check pick up times here.
The homes in Westchase are on nice size lots and have lots of brick on the exteriors. These are mostly 3 bedroom homes with an extra bonus room over the garage. The majority of the homes were built by one builder. These are located outside of the city limits so the property taxes are lower since homeowners do not pay city property taxes.
This is a pretty community and has a quaintness about it because it is smaller. Property values are good here and you get a lot of house for your money.
