This is a newer neighborhood lying just outside the city limits deep in the Sango area. Sango Commons is a professionally managed HOA neighborhood located on Sango Rd. The homes are primarily priced in the $200,000 price range and are mid-size with square footage from 1700 to 3000.

There is a playground in the neighborhood and underground utilities and sidewalks. It has a clean well manicured look with a pretty front entrance graced with flowers.
As for schools they are Sango Elementary, Richview Middle and Clarksville High Schools. Sango Elementary is very close to the neighborhood.

If you commute to Nashville this is a great location because I-24 is also close by and convenient. For golfers, Eastland green Golf Course is less than a mile away and offers full services and some beautiful greens. Homeowners like the quiet of living in the country and saving on city property taxes. It is a pleasant community and not too large or crowded.
