If a small neighborhood (this one is only one street long) is what you would like then check out the quality built homes in Porter Hills. It is located on Sango Drive in the Sango area of Clarksville. There are just a couple of dozen homes to choose from and many were custom built. They are all newer homes with the latest styles and colors.
Porter Hills is located outside the city limits and has only the county portion of property tax that homeowners have to pay. This increases the buying power by several thousand dollars and allows many more buyers to be able to buy a Porter Hills home.
There is an HOA but don't be alarmed by this as it helps retain certain standards that protect all residents and property values.
What type of homes will you find in Porter Hills? Many will be ranch style homes with most of the living space on the main level. There are many brick homes and lots of amenities and design details inside and out. The prices range from the mid-$200's to $400,000. These are roomy homes with lots of square footage.
