If a small tucked away community is what you are looking for then you need to consider Madison Summit. This is one of the few gated communities offered in Clarksville and it is conveniently located off of Madison St. in the Hilldale area.
The homes are on small lots and the HOA takes care of the maintenance of the lawns. The homes themselves are individually crafted and have some of the finest finish detail you will see anywhere. The kitchens and baths are luxurious and you will be the envy of your friends. The concept is to have uniquely 
designed homes that are not huge in size, making them maintainable and secure so the owners can feel free to travel and not be burdened with worry over their home or yard.
There is an HOA in Madison Summit and the fee is modest considering that the yards are mowed and manicured and trash pick up is provided. There are still some available lots and you can have a custom home built. This is a newer neighborhood that has a beautiful front entrance and is completely fenced.
