This is a luxury neighborhood that is very well established and has been around for almost 30 years. Huntington has really large homes and the neighborhood is small. In fact there are less than 20 homes in the Huntington Subdivision.
The location is one of the reasons it is so exclusive. Some of the homes touch Swan Lake Golf Course near the corner of Dunbar Cave Road adn Warfield Blvd. This St. Bethlehem location is convenient to the shoppping and business district on Wilma Rudloph Blvd, Is near Gateway Medical Center and convenient to I-24 at Exit 8.
Huntington homes have elegant exteriors and shaded yards. Many of them have swimming pools. The lot sizes are large with some over an acre in size.
