Savannah is located on Trough Spring Rd. in the Sango area of Clarksville. It has large lots and big homes that are mostly brick or stucco. Many of the homes have swimming pools or multiple garages. Savannah is close to I-24 at Exit 11 and you can get on the Interstate and on your way in under 5 minutes.

The price range in Savannah is upper end and will start near $300,000 and go well over $500,000. It is considered to be one of Clarksville's luxury neighborhoods. The homes have lots of square footage and amenities even though many of them were built over 20 years ago. Older does not mean out of date or worn out and the neighborhood looks current and well established.
