What a beautiful neighborhood Savannah Lakes is in Clarksville, TN. It is located just outside the city limits but still has many city services like natural gas, sewers, street lights and sidewalks.

Savannah Lakes is located near the other Savannahs and near Exit 11 of I-24 less than 5 minutes away. Take Sango Rd. and turn into Savannah Lakes. The lots sizes are large and have pretty views. You will find large, elegant homes and prices from the mid-$300's to million dollar homes.
Brick and stone, stucco cover the outsides and are very appealing looking homes. Many of the homes have there own pools even though there is not a community pool in the neighborhood? I can tell you, you will like what you see.
