If living outside the city limits is important to you then you may want to consider this country neighborhood without an HOA. Woodson Park has been around for many years with construction beginning in the 1990's. Over the years many homes have been built and several of them were custom homes.
There are still trees in the neighborhood and generous lot sizes. The price range is from the mid 100's to almost $300,000. It has a variety of home styles and well established yards.
As for the location it is an excellent choice for those commuting to Ft.Campbell only 20 minutes away or Nashville only 30 minutes away. The schools that service Woodson Park are some of the most sought after in the county school system.
