It seems like yesterday when this neighborhood opened up next to Countryside Estates off of Sango Rd. It is unique in that all of it is located outside the city limits even though it has city services like sewers, underground utiliies and natural gas. Nick's Ridge has lower property taxes because it is located in the county.
There are many styles of homes with even newer homes as an option. It was opened in the late 1990's and just finished construction a couple of years ago. You will find homes priced from the mid-$100,000 price range to over $200,000. Many of the homes are large and there are several split foyer and basement homes throughout the subdivision.

Good news to many home buyers is that there is no HOA in Nick's Ridge. It is so very convenient to Interstate 24 at Exit 11 making this location an easy commute to Ft. Campbell or Nashville.
