Clover Hills is located next to Brownsville Subdivision on N. Woodson Rd. It is a newer subdivision with houses built since 2000. Clover Hills is located in the county so homeowners pay no city property taxes. The location is so convenient to Interstate 24 at Exit 11 which is only 5 minutes away. This makes fro an easy commute to Nashville of 35 minutes or Ft. Campbell in under 30 minutes.
The neighoorhood has lots of split foyer style homes with brick fronts. This type floor plan is very roomy and offers an extra bedroom or two. There is city sewer in Clover Hills and sidewalks. Some new homes are being built in the back of the development offering some new floor plans and styles of homes.
The schools for Clover Hills are Carmel Elementary, Rossview Middle and Rossview High. To check on school bus service to the neighborhood click on the link to the school system.
