North Windwood
North Windwood is an offshoot neighborhood to Windwood Subdivision. This was developed by Maynard Construction and they built all the homes in the area. There is no HOA even though the neighborhood is located in the city limits.
North Windwood has lots of two-story homes and many that are large approaching 3000 sq. ft. They are priced from the high $100's to mid $200's price range. Almost all of the homes have some brick on the exteriors. The lots are nice size and big enough for homeowners to add swimming pools.
The school zones for this neighborhood are Pisgah Elementary (one of the newest in the school system, Northeast Middle and Northeast High. All the schools are close by or an easy drive. Click here for more school information.
The neighborhood is located on Hazelwood Rd. close to Needmore Rd. Exit 1 of I-24 is about 5 minutes away and so are restaurants, shopping and theaters on Tiny Town Rd. If you want to be 15 minutes to Ft. Campbell this is an excellent location with a good highway to use.
Why do buyers like North Windwood? They like it that there are classic homes and traditional styled homes. There is no through traffic in the neighborhood and you will see children riding bikes and people walking. It is a quiet area and one you will like. Buyers have found some great buys in the past in North Windwood.
