Located in North Clarksville on Hazelwood Rd. Windwood is a pretty community loaded with shade trees and a variety of different home styles. The neighborhood has a couple of hundred finished homes and most of them have at least a brick front.
You can find really large homes with 4 or 5 bedrooms in Windwood or small one level homes priced around $130,000. The price range extends to over $200,000.
What do buyers like best about Windwood Subdivision? They like the setting and the fact it is so close to everything. One of the newer elementary schools, Pisgah Elementary is within walkng distance. There is no HOA in Windwood and it is located in the city limits though it feels like a country living. You are likely to see deer and other wildlife in your backyard while sitting on your patio or deck. As for getting to shopping or Ft. Campbell, both are just minutes away and you have easy access to shopping and Interstate 24, too.
