This is one of my favorite areas because the subdivision looks fresh and is built on rolling hills. Autumnwood Farms is located in the northern part of Clarksville off of Hazelwood Rd. It is a very large subdivision with new homes still being built and more land to develop.
There have been many builders that have built homes here and it gives Autumnwood Farms variety of styles and looks of homes. The homes range from the mid $100's to over $200,000. They are built to sell on VA loans and all have at least 3 bedrooms. The 4 bedroom homes are priced in the upper range of the neighborhood's value. You will like the way the homes look in Autumnwood Farms.
School children attend West Creek Middle and High Schools which are some of the newer schools in the county. To see pickup times for school bus service, click on this link to the Clarksville Montgomery County School System. The area is quiet and desirable and you can see children riding bikes and people walking.
Close by you will find restaurants and the new Publix shopping center. Interstate 24 is less than 10 minutes away. For those that work at Ft. Campbell the location is so convenient and close enough to come home for lunch.
