Countryside is another moderately priced subdivision located in the Sango area near Exit 11. It has a variety of home styles and many one level all brick homes with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. As for size of homes in Countryside they are 1300 sq. ft. to around 3,000 sq. ft. if you consider the finished basements.The prices range is very affordable starting at $130,000 to over $200,000.
This area is popular because the lot sizes are bigger and so many of the homes have lots of brick on the outside. Affordable homes in Sango are sought after by buyers. Countryside has homes from 10 to 35 years old and no new homes are available. It is located Sango Rd. and has easy access to the interstate within about 3 minutes. The drive to Nashville is about 30 minute to the city limits of Nashville.
