Located in the St. Bethlehem/Kirkwood area of Clarksville this neighborhood has a promenade entrance-way that tells you are you entering something really special. The front section of the Hickory Wild has smaller homes and many of these are priced under or around $200,000. The back section of the neighborhood has really large homes with many of them have 3-car garages and over 3000 sq. ft. and are priced into the mid $300,000's. They are also very close to the Clubhouse and pool.
