This subdivision is tucked into the crook of West Creek in the St. Bethlehem area off of Peterson Ln. River Heights started several years ago and Hawkins and Lafferty and Hawkins Homes built all of the homes. It is a small development and pretty much finished with all the building. The homes have class and are well built with lots of brick and stone on the fronts.
Many of the homes have front porches and all have 2-car garages. The insides have sme hardwood flooring and masters that are generous in size.
Homes in River Heights are priced from $175,000 to the mid $200,000's. You can get a good deal in this subdivision and will like the quiet atmosphere. There is a neighborhood playground area and cul-de-sacs. You may even see some wildlife like deer and turkeys.

As for schools children attend St Bethlehem Elementary, Burt Elementary, Rossview Middle and Rossview High. You can learn about the schools on their website.
As for the convenience of the location it is extremely close to Austin Peay State University and Historic Downtown Clarksville. Wilma Rudolph Blvd. is not far either and their is always plenty of shopping and restaurants to choos from there.
